Description: Under a Trump 2.0 presidency, there are very different things governmental agencies are focusing on when it comes to employers.  It is crucial you are up-to-date with the key areas to avoid costly investigations by the government, such as the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB.  What policies are the same as in the past, and what has changed?  Also, private lawsuits are still a risk no matter who the President is, so find out recent litigation under various employment laws.
